Upon receiving your package, please inspect it immediately.
If the package appears damaged during transit, do not accept or sign for it. Instead, refuse delivery so it will automatically be returned to us. Then, contact our support team right away at [email protected] or call +1-480-520-8046.
Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:
The item is Dead on Arrival (DOA) and cannot be replaced.
Claims must be made within 4 days of receiving the item.
The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery to qualify for an exchange or refund.
Refunds will be processed via PayPal.

Return the item in its original condition.
